I'm a random passer-by, and I'm fascinated by this list. Mostly, I wonder what you didn't see in The Long Fall Back to Earth. It's not Jars of Clay's deepest work, but it cannot be called "trite" either. As far as song writing goes, I would encourage you to give a few tracks another spin. "Safe to Land," "Boys (Lesson One)," "Scenic Route," and "Heart," to me, are the strongest tracks on the album, each taking unique risks in the middle of an otherwise electronic-drive album.
