The greatest tragedy I can imagine is being exposed to God and ignoring Him. That’s the thing that I think separates most people from God; it is our indifference, or numbness to Him. Not being able to feel God leads to the emptiest moments in one’s life, but being separated from God is a choice we make, whether conscious or unconscious.
