One of my favorites online retailer is Woot.com.  They sell one discounted item per day and charge a flat $5 shipping no matter what the item is or how many you buy (the max is 3).  Every so often instead of business as usual, they have what’s called a Woot Off.  During this time, they sell products one after another until sell out.  Often this culminates with a Random Crap offering that gives you a “Bag of Crap” for $3.  The site’s servers usually overload when this happens and the item sells out in seconds.  I’ve been trying for 4 [...]
